The Factory

Alfredo's manufacturing plant, located in Quincy, MA is where our Italian Food products are made. Only the finest ingredients and raw materials are used in our food products. Along with traditional as well as Mrs. Aiello's own special recipes, we produce the best Italian food on the market today. Everything is made from scratch, using the finest quality Durum semolina flour for our pasta, full cream ricotta cheese made from whole milk, freshly grated imported Parmesan and Pecorino Romano Cheeses, fresh eggs, fresh never frozen chicken, lean ground beef and pork. The produce we use such as green peppers, sweet onions, eggplant and zucchini are delivered fresh daily from the produce market in Boston. Be assured that all of the raw materials, ingredients and spices we use are nothing but the best of the best.

On an average day, Alfredo's produces over 5,000 lbs. of pasta and Italian food products. Several different ravioli, tortellini and pasta machines allow us to create new, exciting and diverse pasta products, with a wide selection of shapes, sizes, and flavors. Of course, in order to achieve that homemade taste, much of our production is still done the old fashioned way... by hand... including battering and breading our Chicken Cutlets for our famous Chicken Parmesan!

Our employees are skilled and dedicated in their work, satisfied with nothing less than perfection with their production and quality. Our family atmosphere is something we take pride in and the quality production from our employees shows.

Our facility runs under a strict food quality and HACCP safety system. We manufacturer under both FDA inspection and USDA inspection. Along with Alfredo's own strict quality control program, the USDA seal of inspection ensures you of the utmost quality and safety of our products.

The Stores

All of our retail stores (Quincy, Norwell, and Canton) offer customers a chance to experience the look, feel and smells of an authentic Italian market. Alfredo's retail stores feature the products we make at our factory. Our freezers are filled with our spectacular line of Italian Foods products. There are many different varieties, shapes and flavors of ravioli and prepared entree's to choose from; they're the perfect way to enjoy family functions or quiet dinners at home because we do all the work! Of course, if you begin to feel hungry while shopping, our Italian deli will make you a fresh sandwich to go, or you can grab a piece (or two) of our hot, thick slice Sicilian style pizza or one of our delicious Calzones... made fresh in our store.

Our stores also have freshly baked bread available every day and a full line Italian Deli featuring imported meats, cold cuts, cheeses and olives. The shelves are always stocked with imported and specialty items including over 100 cuts of dry pasta, olive oils, balsamic vinegars, San Marzano tomatoes, peppers, porcini mushrooms, Italian coffees, San Pellegrino drinks, spices, flours, candies, cookies, cakes, desserts, a fine selection ingredients for the home cook, and much more!
