About Us

Alfredo Aiello Italian Foods Inc. was founded in the bustling city of Quincy, Massachusetts in 1967. Our Italian Food Factory began making pasta items for sale to restaurants, supermarkets, and in our retail store located in the front of our factory.

As time went by, and the years passed, Alfredo's prospered. Many renovations and additions were made to our facility, including two new production areas, a dry storage area, office space and a large storage freezer.

In January of 1995, plans were made to relocate the store to a different location in order to expand both our manufacturing plant and retail store. On May 8, 1995 the doors to our new, spacious retail store opened. Since then, we've been able to better serve our customers in our new retail store by offering expanded product lines and services.

The move also enabled us to utilize the extra space made available at our factory. Here, we develop, test, and produce our delicious pasta products. Our facility produces both retail and foodservice items and is run under a strict HACCP food safety program. This program ensures strict quality management and control for all of our Italian food products.

On December 9 2002, our second retail store opened in Norwell, MA. Keeping the same formula that made our Quincy location a success, you can find all of our fresh and frozen pasta items, entree's, imported pasta, Italian deli, olive oils and specialty items and so much more. With twice as much space as Alfredo's Quincy, we are able to expand and improve upon all aspects of our store. Granite counter tops, a cathedral ceiling, four giant cases for our Alfredo's Brand products, plenty of parking and easy access off of route 53.

With the success of our first two retail stores, and at the request of many customers, a third retail location, in Canton MA, opened on March 23 2010. All the great things our clients have come to expect, high quality, great tasting Italian Pasta and entrée's, the finest Deli anywhere, fresh bread, sweet Italian desserts, imported specialties, and our helpful staff, can all be found here.

As you enter our stores, the scent of fresh bread, Sicilian Style Pizza, and Calzones (to name a few) delight the senses. You immediately begin to feel as if you've been whisked away to Italy as you are surrounded by shelves filled with imported olive oil, balsamic vinegar, porcini mushrooms, artichokes, peppers, anchovies, polenta, San Pellegrino drinks, espresso coffees, cookies, cakes, chocolates, and candies. New and traditional Alfredo Aiello brand pasta, entrée's and sauces await. We also feature an authentic Italian Deli filled with imported cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, goat cheese, Mascarpone and Ricotta; meats such as Imported Prosciutto di Parma, pancetta, sopressata, cappicolla, an assortment of imported olives, and so much more.
