The pasta in our Ravioli is mixed in a kneading process which results in a tender but firm egg dough when cooked. The cheese filling is a freshly blended combination of Ricotta Cheese, Imported Parmesan Cheese, Imported Pecorino Romano cheese, fresh eggs, and select spices.

Cooking Instructions:

PLACE FROZEN RAVIOLI INTO A LARGE POT OF SALTED BOILING WATER, ALLOWING 4 QUARTS OF WATER FOR EVERY POUND. COOK THE RAVIOLI FOR 12-15 MINUTES. DRAIN AND SERVE.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT PASTA IS READY WHEN IT IS "AL DENTE", WHICH MEANS FIRM YET TENDER TO THE BITE. IF OVERCOOKED, PASTA WILL BECOME SOFT AND SOGGY.

*THE SEPARATION OF RAVIOLI BEFORE COOKING IS NOT NECESSARY.

*FOR BEST RESULTS, STIR WITH A WOODEN SPOON.
